The flow does not combine filtration, membrane squeezing, cloth washing, or cake washing into one default cycle. Process testing and acceptance criteria are agreed separately when the slurry or project requires them.
Manufacturing Scope and Project Review
Shandong Shengqi reviews the slurry, operating method, plate arrangement, cloth construction, feed connection, discharge method, controls, and auxiliary equipment before fabrication or replacement-part production. The approved supply boundary is recorded in the quotation and technical description.
- Review slurry, solids, temperature, pH, schedule, and separation task.
- Confirm materials, interfaces, controls, and site responsibilities.
- Release an agreed description before production.
| Stage | Evidence to retain |
|---|---|
| Application review | Slurry data, photos, drawings, and open questions |
| Configuration review | Approved specification and marked drawing |
| Handover | Inspection record, packing list, and agreed test evidence |

Process, Assembly, and Interface Checks
Manufacturing follows released project information. Structural fabrication, plate and cloth preparation, mechanical or hydraulic assemblies, pipework, electrical control, and protective components are checked according to the equipment boundary. For replacement parts, the original nameplate, sample, photographs, and measurements remain essential; nominal size alone does not prove matching holes, seals, handles, or cloth attachment.
- Check sealing surfaces, openings, handles, pressing interfaces, guarding, and defined control responsibilities.
- Keep filtration, membrane squeezing, cloth washing, and cake washing as distinct process steps.

Practical Quality Control
Visual inspection confirms condition and workmanship; dimensional inspection confirms agreed geometry; interface inspection confirms installability; and a process trial, when agreed, examines specified material under specified conditions. None is a universal performance guarantee for every slurry.
| Check | Project input needed |
|---|---|
| Dimensions and interfaces | Drawing, sample, plate size, thickness, holes, and tolerances |
| Materials | Chemistry, temperature, pH, and compatibility review |
| Controls and safety | Control narrative, utilities, guarding, and site duties |
| Process confirmation | Representative slurry, method, samples, and acceptance criteria |
Documents and Handover
Depending on scope, the package may include an equipment description, configuration drawing, component list, utility notes, inspection records, packing information, and operating or maintenance guidance. For replacement plates or cloths, send a readable nameplate, photographs, marked dimensions, port and seal details, attachment method, material, operating conditions, and quantity. The measurement guide supports this review but does not replace a drawing or sample.
- Compare delivered identification and interfaces with approved documents before installation.
- Report discrepancies with photographs, dimensions, part identification, and operating context.
- Never energize, open, or modify equipment outside the site's safe-isolation procedure.
Items Confirmed for Each Project
Brochure examples include digital filter plate sizes in the 250–2000 mm range, with 1000 mm and 1250 mm examples. They begin a selection discussion; they do not mean every press, material, chamber, pressure condition, or cloth arrangement is available in every size. Final compatibility is confirmed from model, drawing, material, and duty.
| Confirm with quotation | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Exact model and plate series | Prevents size examples becoming universal specifications |
| Pressure definitions and acceptance method | Keeps feed, squeeze, and hydraulic values distinct |
| Utilities and safety boundary | Assigns connection and commissioning responsibility |
| Inspection and test scope | Defines what supplied evidence demonstrates |
Start a Technical Quality Review
Send the model, slurry description, drawings, photos, or replacement sample details for review. Contact Andy at WhatsApp +86 15116183980 or lkvicky2003@gmail.com. Include country, project stage, quantity, and whether you need new equipment, replacement plates or cloths, or a dewatering arrangement.
- New equipment: material, wet feed and dry-solids basis, target task, temperature, pH, hours, power, and utilities.
- Replacement parts: nameplate, dimensions, ports, seals, attachment details, material, quantity, and original conditions.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can a brochure image prove press performance?
No. It is a configuration example. Compatibility and performance require an approved specification, slurry information, and any agreed test.
What is needed before ordering replacement plates?
Send the model or drawing, dimensions, thickness, chamber depth, hole positions, seals, handles, interfaces, material, quantity, and clear nameplate photographs.
Does an automatic press remove operator responsibility?
No. Operators still manage isolation, checks, cleaning, alarms, and decisions outside the approved sequence. Never bypass an interlock.
Are 1000 mm and 1250 mm plates guaranteed for every application?
No. They are examples within the 250–2000 mm series. Exact plate, cloth, material, chamber, pressure, and application require review.
