This is a review sequence, not a guaranteed performance or delivery promise. Filtration, squeezing, washing, drying and downstream handling are separate decisions and should not be treated as one default cycle.
What We Do
Our work follows three purchasing routes: selecting a new filter press, matching replacement plates and cloths, and discussing a complete dewatering project. A press is not selected from a product name alone. Slurry, solids concentration, filtration objective, operating pattern, utilities and downstream handling affect the decision, so we identify information that still requires confirmation.
- New equipment selection based on slurry and site information
- Replacement and custom filter plate matching
- Replacement and custom filter cloth review
| Starting point | Useful information to send | What we clarify next |
|---|---|---|
| New filter press | Material, wet feed, solids, objective, operating schedule and site utilities | Press structure, plate arrangement, control scope and test needs |
| Replacement plates or cloths | Nameplate, photographs, dimensions, holes, seals, material and service conditions | Compatibility, drawing or sample review and quantity |
| Dewatering project | Process description, upstream and downstream equipment, layout and responsibilities | Module boundaries, interfaces and information still required |

How We Approach Selection
Selection starts with the physical material rather than a promised output number. Wet feed quantity must be separated from dry-solids quantity; filtration area and chamber volume describe different aspects of a press; and feed, squeeze and hydraulic-system pressures are different values. Where results depend on slurry behavior, cloth choice or cycle testing, we treat testing and confirmation as part of the engineering discussion.
The confirmed filter-plate range includes series examples from 250 to 2000 mm, with 1000 mm and 1250 mm examples available for discussion. These examples do not mean that every press, plate design or application uses every size. Final dimensions, materials, port arrangement, sealing details and operating limits must be checked against the selected model and service conditions.
- Define the separation objective: clarified filtrate, recovered solids, washable cake or another confirmed requirement
- Record material behavior, solids basis, temperature, pH and any compatibility concerns
- Separate equipment facts from values that require a test, drawing review or supplier confirmation
- Confirm site interfaces before equipment, auxiliary modules or installation responsibilities are finalized
Information We Need From a Project
A useful first inquiry does not need every field to be known. If a value is unavailable, state Not Sure and explain how it was estimated. Photographs of the slurry, existing press, nameplate, plate faces, backs, handles, ports and cloth attachment can prevent an incorrect replacement assumption. For a system discussion, a simple sketch showing feed, filtrate, wash liquid, cake discharge and return or disposal routes is helpful.
For a replacement part, the original operating conditions matter as much as the measured size. Please identify whether the request is an exact replacement or a proposed change, because a performance improvement may require different material, weave, sealing or installation details and should not be treated as an automatic substitute.
| Decision field | Record before quotation |
|---|---|
| Material | Name, source, particle character, viscosity or settling behavior if known |
| Operating conditions | Wet feed, dry-solids basis, temperature, pH, hours per day and batch or continuous context |
| Equipment match | Model or nameplate, plate length/width/thickness, chamber depth, holes, handles and sealing form |
| Site | Country, power information, available space, lifting access, piping and discharge arrangement |
A Direct Contact for the Next Step
Andy is the contact for selection questions, replacement-part details and project introductions. Send an email with photographs or drawings, or use WhatsApp for an initial discussion. The aim is to make the request specific enough for a responsible review without filling unknown fields with assumptions.
This website uses Shengqi's own company identity. Discussions should be based on the current request, applicable drawing or sample review, and confirmed scope. This page does not claim a customer list, certification, export history, production capacity, delivery time, service life, pressure, throughput or cake-moisture result; those require project-specific confirmation.

Frequently Asked Questions
What can I ask Shengqi to supply?
You can ask about filter presses, filter plates, filter cloths, related auxiliary equipment and dewatering system interfaces. The suitable scope depends on the material, equipment match and project requirements provided for review.
Can Shengqi select a press from only a requested capacity?
A capacity figure alone is not enough. Please provide the unit, wet-feed and dry-solids basis, slurry behavior, separation objective, operating pattern and site information. If a value is uncertain, mark it Not Sure so it can be clarified rather than assumed.
Does a 1000 mm or 1250 mm plate example apply to every machine?
No. The 1000 mm and 1250 mm sizes are confirmed examples within the discussed 250–2000 mm filter-plate series range. The applicable plate size, design, material and arrangement must be checked for the selected press and service conditions.
