This is a review sequence, not a guaranteed performance or delivery cycle. Keep equipment selection, site integration, safety approval and local after-sales responsibilities explicit.

Who This Cooperation Is For

This service is intended for companies that introduce, specify, install or maintain solid–liquid separation equipment in their own market. A distributor may need a product range, technical files and a repeatable quotation process. An integrator may need equipment that fits a process design with feed, filtrate, cake handling and control interfaces defined by the project. An environmental contractor may need to coordinate site information, testing and installation without presenting an unconfirmed performance promise to the end user.

The cooperation scope is agreed project by project. Shengqi supplies under its own identity, Shandong Shengqi Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd.; partner materials must not imply another manufacturer, certification, customer reference or performance record. A partner remains responsible for the statements it makes to its customer and for the local duties it accepts in the quotation or contract.

  • Distributors building a filter press, filter plate, filter cloth and spare-parts offer.
  • System integrators connecting a press with pumps, dosing, conveyance, controls or water-reuse equipment.
  • Engineering and environmental contractors managing a defined dewatering or filtration project.
  • Service companies needing verified replacement information before ordering plates, cloths or maintenance parts.

What We Can Review Together

The cooperation discussion can cover new filter presses, filter plates, filter cloths, feed and auxiliary equipment, and defined dewatering system interfaces. The available filter-plate range includes the confirmed 250–2000 mm series; 1000 mm and 1250 mm examples may be used during discussion, but they are not a promise that every machine, material or configuration is available in those sizes. The final selection depends on the existing machine, slurry, filtration objective and configuration review.

For a new project, we separate the press selection from the application evidence. An application page explains the material and information needed; a system page explains how modules connect and which party prepares each interface. Automatic operation and membrane squeezing are not mutually exclusive: automation describes the control and handling tasks, while a membrane configuration concerns the squeeze stage and its conditions.

  • New press supply: chamber, membrane, plate-and-frame, automatic, fast-opening, cake-washing, mobile or laboratory configurations where the project fit is confirmed.
  • Replacement supply: plates, cloths and parts matched from a nameplate, drawings, measurements, photographs and operating conditions.
  • Project engineering: slurry data review, testing discussion, sizing inputs, installation boundary and commissioning coordination.
  • Channel support: English product information that can be adapted to the partner's customer and project process without unsupported claims.

Information for a First Review

Send the project context before asking for a fixed configuration. Useful information includes the material source, wet feed quantity and unit, dry-solids basis if known, solids concentration, target cake handling or filtrate objective, temperature, pH, chemical exposure, daily operating hours and available utilities. State whether the request is for a budget discussion, a tender, a replacement or an operating problem.

For replacement parts, add the equipment nameplate, front and back plate photographs, side and handle details, plate length and width, thickness, chamber depth, feed and filtrate hole positions, sealing arrangement, puller interface, squeeze connection, material and service conditions. For cloths, show the centre or corner openings, neck, edge fixing and stitching, and provide an original cloth sample or clear measurements. These records reduce the risk of matching a visually similar but mechanically incompatible part.

A Practical Cooperation Process

The process is designed to keep commercial discussion and technical confirmation connected. It does not replace a site survey, sample test or the partner's engineering review where those are required. No pressure, capacity, cake moisture, service life, delivery time or project result should be stated as fixed until the relevant model and conditions have been confirmed.

  • 1. Introduce the company, territory, customer type, product interest and the role you will perform.
  • 2. Send the available slurry, equipment, site and commercial information; mark unknown fields as Not Sure rather than estimating them.
  • 3. Agree whether a drawing review, sample review or slurry filtration test is needed before selection.
  • 4. Define the equipment boundary, interfaces, documents, parts and local responsibilities in the quotation request.
  • 5. Review the proposed configuration and unresolved technical questions with the end customer.
  • 6. Coordinate order documents, packing information, installation planning and commissioning responsibilities.
  • 7. Record operating observations and parts identification for future service or repeat orders.

Technical and Commercial Boundaries

A distributor or integrator should distinguish filtration area, chamber volume and actual production; wet feed mass and dry-solids mass; feed pressure, membrane squeeze pressure and hydraulic-system pressure; cloth washing and cake washing; mechanical dewatering and thermal drying; and filtrate clarity versus compliance with a water-quality limit. These distinctions should appear in customer documents when they affect the decision.

Shengqi can review the information supplied and identify confirmation items, but a partner should not convert an example plate size into a universal machine specification. Process performance depends on slurry properties, conditioning, cloth, plate arrangement, cycle sequence and site operation. Where evidence is incomplete, the quotation should show an open selection item and the test, drawing or measurement needed to close it.

Do not state without confirmationUse instead
A fixed throughput, pressure or cake moisture resultRequest slurry data, model selection and test conditions
A universal plate or cloth match from appearance aloneRequest nameplate, measurements, holes, sealing and material
Automatic operation as unmanned operationList control tasks, operator checks and safety interlocks
A water-quality result from filtrate clarity aloneDefine the customer's discharge or reuse criteria separately
A guaranteed delivery date before scope is closedConfirm configuration, documents, logistics and schedule

Installation, Safety and After-Sales Coordination

The local partner should define who prepares foundations, lifting, pipework, electrical power, instrument air or water, drainage, cake removal and guarding. Commissioning should follow the approved drawings and operating instructions. During troubleshooting, isolate the equipment, release stored pressure, verify zero energy and follow the site's lockout procedure. Never open a press under pressure, perform energized maintenance or bypass a safety interlock. Chemical cleaning is material- and slurry-specific; no universal chemical recipe is supplied on this page.

For service and parts, capture the symptom, cycle stage, recent changes, photographs and nameplate before recommending a replacement. The maintenance boundary may include cloths, plates, seals, hydraulic or puller components and auxiliary equipment, but the correct item still requires confirmation against the machine and conditions.

Start a Distributor or Integrator Discussion

Send your company, country or territory, business type, installation and maintenance capability, product interests and one project description. Include the expected customer role and any drawing, nameplate photograph, sample information or process note that can be shared. Andy will use the supplied information to clarify the next technical and commercial step.

SPECIFIC QUESTIONS, PRACTICAL ANSWERS

Frequently Asked Questions

Can a distributor request a complete product price list?

A quotation is more reliable when the machine scope, plate group, cloth arrangement, auxiliaries, documents and delivery basis are defined. Send the products and market you are evaluating; Shengqi can identify the information needed for a usable quotation rather than presenting unsupported universal prices.

Can an integrator combine a Shengqi press with its own equipment?

Yes, the interface can be reviewed as part of a defined project. Provide the process boundary, P&ID or connection notes, utilities, control responsibilities, discharge arrangement and site constraints. The integrator remains responsible for interfaces and equipment supplied by other parties.

Do you offer exclusive country representation?

Do not assume exclusivity from an initial inquiry. Territory, commercial terms, responsibilities and any written rights must be reviewed and agreed separately.

What is the quickest way to identify a replacement plate or cloth?

Send the nameplate, clear front, back, side and handle photographs, measurements, hole positions, sealing details, material and operating conditions. For cloths also show the fixing and stitching. A visual match alone is not sufficient.

Can you guarantee a cake moisture or throughput result for our customer?

Not from a general inquiry. Those results depend on the material, conditioning, cloth, plate arrangement, cycle and test conditions. Treat them as selection and validation items until the relevant evidence is reviewed.
