The flow separates equipment selection, replacement matching and cooperation enquiries. A quotation is not a fixed performance guarantee until the material, dimensions, interfaces and technical requirements are confirmed.
Choose Your Request
Use the request type that best describes your next decision. An equipment selection request is for a new filter press or a connected dewatering arrangement. A replacement request is for filter plates, filter cloths or other matching parts. A distributor or project cooperation request is for supply, integration or a project discussion.
You do not need to know the final press model before contacting us. If a technical value is not available, select Not Sure and explain what you can measure or provide. Andy can use the submitted information to identify the items that still need confirmation rather than treating an unverified value as a design basis.
- Equipment Selection: new press, filtration task or dewatering system
- Replacement Plates & Cloths: existing equipment, dimensions, photos, drawings or samples
- Distributor / Project Cooperation: company, market, installation capability or project role
| Request type | Useful first evidence | Typical next decision |
|---|---|---|
| Equipment Selection | Slurry description, quantity and target | Whether testing, a press type or supporting modules should be reviewed |
| Replacement Plates & Cloths | Nameplate, front/back/side photos and measurements | Whether the replacement can be matched, sampled or custom reviewed |
| Distributor / Project Cooperation | Company profile, country and project scope | Product information, cooperation scope and technical contact |
Equipment Selection
Describe the material and the job the filtration step must perform. The same press structure may require different review when the objective is solids recovery, process-liquid clarification, wash-liquid separation or sludge dewatering. Please distinguish wet feed quantity from dry-solids quantity, and state whether your target concerns filter-cake handling, filtrate appearance or a separate water-quality requirement.
If you have laboratory results, a process sketch, existing press photographs or a representative sample, attach them with a clear file name. A quotation can be made more useful when the feed condition, operating pattern and site limits are considered together. A stated throughput is not treated as a guaranteed machine capacity until the material and operating basis are confirmed.
- Material name and a plain-language description of the solids and liquid
- Required quantity with its unit, such as m³/h, m³/day, kg/h or dry-solids basis
- Approximate solids concentration, temperature and pH, or Not Sure
- Target: clarification, solids recovery, cake handling, water reuse or another defined result
- Daily operating hours, batch or continuous upstream operation, country and project stage
- Available power information and known feed, wash, air or filtrate connections
- Existing equipment, preferred press type or technical constraints, if any
| Field | What to enter | If unknown |
|---|---|---|
| Quantity | Value plus unit and time basis | Choose Not Sure and describe the source of the estimate |
| Solids | Approximate concentration or dry-solids information | Attach a test result or state that testing is needed |
| Operating objective | What must improve or be separated | Describe the downstream use of cake and filtrate |
| Site conditions | Power, space, utilities and country | List constraints that could affect installation |
Replacement Plates & Cloths
For a replacement review, send the equipment nameplate and photographs of the plate front, back, side and handles. Please include plate length, width and thickness; filter-chamber depth; feed and outlet hole positions; sealing arrangement; handle or puller details; any squeeze or pressing connection; material; and the operating conditions. A photograph with a ruler is helpful, but it does not replace written measurements.
For cloths, show the installation side, center or corner openings, necks, edges, fixing points and stitching. Tell us whether you want an original-specification replacement or a change intended to address blinding, leakage, release or filtrate clarity. A sample, drawing and the original cloth's running conditions help separate a dimensional match from a proposed performance change.
- Brand and model from the nameplate, if readable
- Clear photos of the complete plate and all relevant openings, seals and handles
- Measurements with units, quantity required and whether plates or cloths are for one press
- Material, slurry or liquid contact conditions, temperature and any known compatibility concern
- Original sample, drawing or old part where available
- Reason for replacement and any observed change in leakage, clogging or cake release
| Replacement item | Minimum matching evidence | Review boundary |
|---|---|---|
| Filter plate | Nameplate, dimensions, chamber depth, holes, seal and material | Final compatibility depends on the press, plate design and operating conditions |
| Filter cloth | Plate style, cloth dimensions, openings, fixing and stitching | A performance change requires material and slurry review, not dimensions alone |
| Other part | Part photo, identification mark, location and function | Availability and fit require an equipment-specific confirmation |
Distributor or Project Cooperation
For cooperation enquiries, identify your company, country, business type and the products or applications you want to discuss. Tell us whether you provide sales, engineering, installation, commissioning or maintenance support. A project summary should state the end user's industry, material, expected scope and decision stage without sharing confidential information that is not necessary for an initial review.
This route is suitable for distributors, environmental contractors, plant integrators and project owners. The first reply can clarify the information needed for a technical discussion; it is not a substitute for site design, material testing or an approved equipment drawing.
- Company name, country and business type
- Products or applications of interest
- Sales territory or project location, if relevant
- Installation, commissioning and maintenance capabilities
- Project description, expected role and decision stage
Contact and Attachments
Name, email, country and a clear requirement description are the basic contact fields. You may add a WhatsApp number, company, project location and preferred contact method. Attach photos, PDF drawings, spreadsheets or common CAD files where they help explain the request. Remove passwords and confidential information that is not needed for technical review.
Please use one unit system consistently or label every value. If a field is not known, say Not Sure rather than entering a guessed number. After submission, Andy can identify missing measurements or process information for the next exchange.
| Basic field | Recommended content |
|---|---|
| Name and email | A person who can answer technical or purchasing questions |
| Country | Country where the equipment, part or project will be used |
| Requirement | Material, existing equipment or project decision in plain English |
| Attachments | Nameplate, drawings, photos, test results or a representative sample description |
| Source context | The page or campaign that led you to this request, where available |
What Happens Next
The review begins by sorting the request into equipment, replacement or cooperation work. Technical information is then checked for missing units, contradictory measurements and details that affect compatibility. Where the material or target is not sufficiently defined, the next step may be a data request or a discussion of testing needs before a configuration is confirmed.
A quotation should distinguish confirmed information from selection items still requiring approval. The final equipment, plate, cloth or system scope remains subject to the submitted data, drawings, samples and agreed technical requirements.
- 1. Submit the request, measurements and relevant attachments.
- 2. Andy reviews the request type, units, documents and missing selection data.
- 3. Confirm testing, dimensions, materials, interfaces or site constraints where needed.
- 4. Review the proposed scope and commercial quotation before proceeding.
- 5. Coordinate installation, replacement or project details only after the technical basis is agreed.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I request a quote if I do not know which filter press type I need?
Yes. Select Equipment Selection, describe the material and objective, and mark uncertain fields as Not Sure. The review can identify whether a chamber, membrane, automatic, cake-washing or another configuration requires further comparison or testing.
What should I send for replacement filter plates?
Send the equipment nameplate, clear front, back and side photographs, handle details, plate length, width and thickness, chamber depth, feed and outlet hole positions, sealing arrangement, pressing connections, material and operating conditions. A drawing or sample is useful when available.
What should I send for replacement filter cloths?
Provide the plate style, cloth dimensions, center or corner openings, neck and edge details, fixing method and stitching. Include an original cloth or drawing if possible, the slurry conditions and the reason for replacement so an original match can be separated from a proposed change.
Can I attach drawings and photographs?
Yes. Attach readable nameplate photos, measurement photos, process sketches, PDF drawings, test information or a sample description. Label each file so its equipment, part and view are clear.
Will the initial request confirm a fixed capacity, pressure or cake moisture result?
No. Those values depend on the selected equipment, slurry, operating sequence and agreed technical basis. The request is used to identify the data needed for a responsible selection; unverified values are not treated as guarantees.
